Updating iTunes Manually

Sometimes as a podcaster you find that iTunes does not update the feed. That happened to me today. If that happens to you then you can manually ping iTunes by

1. Get you apple id - easiest way is to search for your podcast in iTunes, then right click on the album art and copy the url.
2. Paste that url into your internet browser
